it touches you, almost to the level of ‘unconfortable’. its good, it makes an impression, and after reading it you keep thinking about it.

nespresso like coffee

(PIC). is possible homemade, with ‘instant coffee’. it requires fast movements and skillful hands. the result, is quite identical.

soft and smooth foam is created with coffee, sugar and a bit of hot water – and mix and remix – over and over again until it gets like this. even tasting just this was good, very intense, but good. filling the cup with water releases the nice coffee foam nespresso like.

its not imperative to do, and its a handful, but it sure tastes better.

always learning – but, long story short, its not for me. – cup, coffee, sugar, water, drink – and off i go. thats it.
